About the founder:
Tiffany Purn

Consultant, facilitator, speaker, coach and learning design specialist.  

Also an avid global traveler, lover of lifelong learning and growth, and passionate about the importance of individual voice and expression. I believe in celebrating the whole human, and community. I’ve been successfully facilitating individual, group learning and transformation for 15+ years. I hold an Interdisciplinary Master's degree in Folklore, Anthropology and Arts Administration. I hold a professional coaching certification is through the International Coach Academy and have been ACC certified by the International Coaching Federation. I've received specialized training in group facilitation, nonviolent communication, Facilitating Career Development Instruction (NCDA), Cognitive Behavioral Group Facilitation and Trauma Informed Care through Trauma Informed Oregon. 

 If you are feeling overwhelmed by a change, transition, or opportunity in your life or organization, I will help you find unique, individualized, joyful and creative solutions. I also help teachers, trainers and facilitators to bring creative, reflective and community practices to their classrooms - both in person and virtual.
